For international customers: Currently, we do not offer direct checkout for international orders. However, in the future, global transactions may be enabled with additional terms governing currency, payment methods, and exchange fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Domestic deliveries usually take 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

  • Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen events.

International Deliveries: We are preparing to introduce global shipping soon. Once launched, delivery timelines, customs duties, and logistics terms will be updated accordingly.

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all returns and refunds.
Currently, it applies to domestic orders only.
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 5 days of delivery, subject to proof via unboxing video and compliance with policy conditions.

International Orders: Returns and refunds for future international shipments will follow separate guidelines, including proof verification and customs-specific protocols, which will be updated when global shipping goes live.
