Our goal is to ensure that each sacred product reaches you safely, on time, and in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners to ensure secure and timely deliveries.
Each package is packed with respect and precision to preserve the sanctity of the product.

🌍 International Shipping:
We’re in the process of introducing worldwide delivery soon. Once enabled, additional terms regarding customs, import duties, and delivery timelines will apply.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

  • During high-demand festive seasons, dispatch times may slightly vary but we always strive to send your parcel at the earliest.

You will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website or via our Order Tracking page (coming soon).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges are displayed at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping (subject to promotional offers).

  • Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations as per courier service policies.

International Orders:
Once launched, international shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination, product weight, and courier rates.

5. Packaging & Handling

  • Every item is carefully packed using eco-conscious materials to ensure safe delivery.

  • Fragile items (like brass idols or puja accessories) are bubble-wrapped and double-boxed for added protection.

  • Each parcel is sealed before dispatch and should not be accepted if the packaging appears tampered with.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately at contact@satyasanatani.com.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Remote area delivery schedules

  • Weather conditions or national holidays

We request your patience and understanding in such rare cases.
Our team will always assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly during checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address, re-shipping charges will apply.

8. Future International Deliveries

We receive inquiries from devotees across the world, and we’re actively working to make global delivery available soon.
Once launched, all international shipments will:

  • Be dispatched via reputed couriers like DHL or FedEx

  • Include proper customs declarations

  • Follow international shipping and refund terms as mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy
