At Satya Sanatani, we are committed to ensuring that every sacred product reaches you in perfect condition. Each item is carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched with utmost devotion. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you through our transparent return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers are eligible to request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • The product differs from the one ordered.

Please note:

  • You must initiate the return request within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • A complete unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

2. Refunds for Sale Items

Refunds are applicable even for items purchased during a sale, provided all other return conditions are met.

3. Product Exchange

Customers may choose to exchange a product instead of requesting a refund.

Exchanges are applicable when:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The replacement product is available in stock.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, our team will contact you to confirm the exchange.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

  • To cancel an order, please email us at contact@satyasanatani.com or call us at +91 92588 64558 with your Order ID as soon as possible.

  • If payment has already been made and the cancellation request is accepted, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

Note: Orders for custom-made, personalized, or limited edition sacred products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our quality team.

  • Refunds are made via direct bank transfer within 3–5 business days, although the duration may vary based on your bank.
  • If the return is due to a damaged or wrong product, Satya Sanatani will bear the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sacred nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
  • Consumables such as powders, oils, or liquids.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items without an unboxing video or proof of damage/defect.
